Job Details
Missions
- Réceptionner les demandes des utilisateurs
- Enregistrer les demandes/tickets
- Résoudre les incidents / demandes utilisateurs
- Maintenir un reporting quotidien
- Participer à la documentation de l’activité du service
- Assurer la gestion et la maintenance du parc informatique
- Moderniser et assurer le processus d’arriver des nouveaux utilisateurs
- Apporter les améliorations nécessaires concernant la sécurité et le réseau
- Optimiser le déploiement de logiciels et OS
- Mener l’inventaire du parc informatique mettre en place un suivi du stock
- Maintenir le Main Frame et le monitorer
- Optimiser de l’outil de Support / Ticketing
- Automatiser les tâches récurrentes
Profil
- Vous possédez des qualités relationnelles pour développer et entretenir des relations constructives avec vos interlocuteurs et utilisateurs
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des composants du réseau et des systèmes d'exploitation
- Vous êtes familier dans la résolution des incidents de niveau 1 à 2
- Vous parlez anglais ou avez une bonne compréhension des documents techniques en anglais
- Vous désirez vous investir sur des projets innovants à forte valeur ajoutée.
- Vous êtes organisé, dynamique, rigoureux, autonome, bon communiquant et avez le sens du service.
