Technicien Support Informatique

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and evolution of the company's IT infrastructure (hardware, applications, servers, networks). You'll handle user requests, resolve incidents, maintain daily reports, and contribute to service documentation. Responsibilities include managing the IT park, modernizing user onboarding, enhancing network security, optimizing software deployment, conducting hardware inventory, maintaining and monitoring the mainframe, and automating tasks. You will work closely with the Lead IT and use technologies including Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Office 365, Fortigate Firewall, Meraki networking, Linux, and VMware.
