Must Have
- Understand basic digital testing theory.
- Experience in ATE testing on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
- Knowledge of test methodology, silicon process, product yield analysis, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
- Knowledge of VBT, C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux environment.

What We're Looking For
This position is eligible for 2026 RDSS (Research and Development Substitute Services) program. Please confirm your eligibility with local district office if you are interested in applying for this role.
