Job Description

This is a consultancy project in the Banking sector focused on Testing and Migration Services for user testing and onboarding. The role involves executing and coordinating retail payment solution testing by external parties and users, with emphasis on relationship management and collaboration with payment service providers (PSPs). The position requires expertise in testing and certification of PSPs in the context of card schemes and payment systems such as Bizum and MB Way. Responsibilities include executing and coordinating testing, preparing test frameworks, configuring reports, liaising with teams, conducting PSP testing and certification, and managing relationships with external parties.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of service providers who are helping PSPs set up their payment chains
  • Experience working with financial institutions in regulated environments
  • Familiarity with compliance and background verification processes in the banking sector
Must Have:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in executing and/or coordinating the execution of retail payment solution testing by external parties/users of the payment solution
  • Experience in relationship management with external parties and PSPs
  • Proven ability to prepare test frameworks, plans and schedules for organizing and supporting test execution by external parties
  • Skills in configuring automatic reports and dashboards for senior management and governance bodies
  • Experience in liaising with functional and testing teams to ensure defects raised are analyzed and fixed
  • Experience in testing and certification of PSPs in the context of card schemes and/or payment systems (e.g. Bizum, MB Way)
  • Business fluent English language proficiency
  • Banking domain knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and capability of taking initiative
