  • Familiarity with continuous integration and test systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Prior experience working with global OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
Must Have:
  • Lead system validation activities for Radar and Ultrasonic sensor-based ADAS/AD functions.
  • Define validation strategy, scope, and methodology aligned with system requirements and customer expectations.
  • Drive variant test optimization, ensuring efficient coverage across multiple sensor/system configurations.
  • Develop and maintain system validation roadmaps in line with V-cycle and Agile processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end validation from requirement analysis to test execution, defect tracking, and closure.
  • Troubleshoot and debug system-level issues, ensuring root cause identification across sensors, ECU, and communication interfaces.
  • Understand the working principles, limitations, and performance characteristics of Radar and Ultrasonic sensors.
  • Apply knowledge of signal processing, object detection, tracking, and classification for application development.
  • Apply technical knowledge of in-vehicle communication protocols: LIN, CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, SPI, Daisy Chain, and Point-to-Point communication.
  • Act as the technical owner for validation-related activities, providing guidance to validation engineers.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive system validation, preferably with Radar and Ultrasonic sensors.
  • Strong understanding of Sensor core technologies (Radar waveform, FMCW, CW, beamforming, Ultrasonic ranging, echo processing).
  • Strong understanding of Application development for ADAS/AD based on Radar and Ultrasonics (object detection, parking functions, collision avoidance, fusion with camera/lidar).
  • Expertise in communication protocols: LIN, CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, SPI, Daisy Chain, and network debugging tools.
  • Proven knowledge of V-cycle development and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Python, CAPL, Robot Framework) and validation toolchains (CANoe, CANape, dSPACE, ETAS, etc.).
  • Ability to define and implement system validation strategies, including variant test optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on debugging experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Perks:
  • One of the largest global innovative companies, with more than 20,000 engineers working in Research & Development
  • A multi-cultural environment that values diversity and international collaboration
  • More than 100,000 colleagues in 31 countries, which make a lot of opportunity for career growth
  • A business highly committed to limiting the environmental impact of its activities
