Software Quality Assurance Analyst

The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will collaborate within an Agile framework to deliver high-quality solutions, upholding and improving QA standards. Responsibilities include writing comprehensive test plans and cases, designing tests to mitigate risk, and assisting business experts. The role involves managing and executing various complex test types, actively planning and leading testing estimates, and building automation test suites. Candidates need a minimum of 4 years of experience in SDLC and testing, strong IT concepts, SQL, and proficiency with development and testing tools.

Must Have

• Manage and assist with the development/execution of functional, regression, automation, performance, and end-to-end test cases.
• Actively involved in planning and lead the effort to deliver testing estimates.
• Identify the Automation test scenarios and build and run automation test suit.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years overall experience in the SDLC with hands-on experience in testing.
• Strong knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies such as Agile Methodology.
• Experience in SQL queries and database technologies.
• Moderate to high level of knowledge/competencies with tools related to product development.
• Excellent functional and analytical technical abilities.
• Strong testing and debugging abilities.
• Able to work well with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency using MS Office productivity packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exposure to .NET and J2EE technology platforms.
• Exposure to testing tools or other test management/automation tools.

Good to Have

• CSTE or equivalent certification.
• Working knowledge of Qtest and Jira.

Qualifications
