Job Summary

Valeo is a global tech company focused on reinventing mobility. We are seeking a Site HR Business Partner for our Bremen location. This role involves supporting and coaching managers on HR topics, contributing to site operational results, driving HR strategy projects, managing recruitment and onboarding, and collaborating with the works council. The partner will also identify learning and development needs and ensure compliance with HR KPIs.

Must Have

Support and coach managers in HR-relevant topics
Contribute to the operational results of the site
Drive projects in line with the HR strategy
Coordinate, implement, and coach managers regarding talent development tools, processes, and policies
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
Work closely with the works council
Identify learning and development measures
Apply and implement all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Ensure compliance with HR KPIs
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics or comparable
Fluent German and English language skills
At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in the automotive industry
Ability to inspire and engage teams
Willingness to travel

We are looking for YOU as Site HR Business Partner (m/w/d) for our location in Bremen.
