As a Process Technician at Valeo in Tangier, you will lead the industrialization of new products, focusing on improving production efficiency through machine and direct labor optimization. Your role involves managing equipment introduction, designing tools, defining acceptance criteria, and performing trials. You will also monitor QCDM, work on cycle time reduction, and support production technicians, ensuring adherence to Valeo's safety and environmental standards.
Must Have:- Lead industrialization of new P1.
- Improve production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor).
- Capitalize and share industrial process know-how.
- Participate in new equipment and line design.
- Lead Lean design workshops.
- Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM.
- Follow equipment/assembly line development with suppliers.
- Design small tools and validate supplier proposals.
- Define acceptance criteria for new equipment/lines.
- Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of equipment.
- Perform trials on lines and deliver reports.
- Build action plans for FDPR readiness.
- Perform/collect equipment and process capabilities.
- Set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN.
- Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN.
- Monitor QCDM and propose improvements.
- Survey equipment performance for optimization.
- Work on Cycle time reduction.
- Update routing on Information system with SPV validation.
- Support production technician (training, analysis, problem solving).
- Contact suppliers for improvement/support.
- Participate in SPV workshop and APU QRQC.
- Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards.
- Validate any standard changes proposed by sites.
- Know, apply, and promote standards (PG, sites or corporate).
- Apply SPV rules.
- Ensure respect of Safety and Environment procedures.
- Maintain 5S and report issues.
- Alert for safety rules infringement.
