Trainee – US Healthcare / Medical Billing (Freshers – RCM Operations)

Must Have

• Participate in structured training programs on US healthcare systems, RCM processes, and medical billing.
• Assist in claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and credentialing activities.
• Support the operations team in achieving performance and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with US healthcare regulations and payer policies.
• Demonstrate learning agility, teamwork, and adaptability to grow into specialized roles.
• Recent graduates with a degree (B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 70% aggregate in 12th Grade (CBSE/ICSE or equivalent).
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Open to working flexible shift timings as per business requirements.
• Open for a stipend of 20k to 23k.

Good to Have

• Education from Science or Commerce streams preferred.
• Academic background includes a combination of Science or Commerce with Math.
• Candidates from Delhi-NCR or Tier-1 cities preferred.
• Distance from Gurgaon Sector 18 within 25 km.
