- Education from Science or Commerce streams preferred.
- Academic background includes a combination of Science or Commerce with Math.

- Distance from Gurgaon Sector 18 within 25 km.
- Participate in structured training programs on US healthcare systems, RCM processes, and medical billing.
- Assist in claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and credentialing activities.
- Support the operations team in achieving performance and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with US healthcare regulations and payer policies.
- Demonstrate learning agility, teamwork, and adaptability to grow into specialized roles.
- Recent graduates with a degree (B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 70% aggregate in 12th Grade (CBSE/ICSE or equivalent).
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Open to working flexible shift timings as per business requirements.
- Open for a stipend of 20k to 23k.
