1. Responsible for planning and executing various training activities, including but not limited to new employee onboarding training, campus recruitment training, and professional skill enhancement training;
2. Undertake the development and delivery of general capability courses within the enterprise;
3. Responsible for the daily operation of training activities, including but not limited to training venue arrangements, material preparation, and process optimization management;
4. Carry out publicity and promotion of training activities, improving the visibility and employee participation through multiple channels;
5. Collect and analyze training effectiveness feedback, continuously improving training programs and teaching methods.
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of training-related work experience;
2. Understand employee training processes and possess the ability to independently execute training projects;
3. Possess certain general capability course development and teaching abilities;
4. Proficient in operating office software such as Excel and PowerPoint for document processing and data analysis;
5. Possess an innovative spirit and proactiveness, capable of independently solving problems and committed to the continuous optimization of training processes;
6. Game industry background or strong interest in the game industry is preferred.
