Training Instructor - Mechanical

Job Description

•    Prepare, develop and update the course syllabus and curriculums 
•    Liaise with customers to plan and market the training courses
•    Prepare and provide MTU-Suzhou training program to MTU-Asia and customers
•    Prepare quotation and secure order from customers applying for the training course
•    Organize the training (mechanical) on the operation and/or maintenance of off-highway products for external customers or internal staff, appointed service dealers, authorized workshops or OEMs, etc. at MTU-Suzhou training center or at site
•    Ensure availability of training engine, parts, models, tools and MTE, documentation and other equipment for the training course
•    Evaluate the effectiveness of the training through the feedback from the trainees
•    Attend to enquiry from trainees who have attended the training before, and provide the technical information and advice as required
•    Plan for upgrading or maintaining of audio-visual training aids for effective teaching. Propose purchase of training aids or training model/equipment for approval
•    Keep abreast or refresh with the work skills & procedures and the maintenance services of new off-highway products through participating in special repair/maintenance activities undertaken by the Service Dept., in the workshop or at site
•    Responsible for tools and MTE in the training center, ensure that tools and MTE are timely calibrated/checked, in good conditions and fulfill training purpose. Keep relevant files properly and update relevant records in time
•    Assist to audit the service partners
