As a Chief Rep within our Airline Support Team you will play an integral role, helping us provide the very highest levels of service to both our customers and strategic partners.
Leading the Rolls-Royce Airline Support Team, you will oversee the daily task delivery of Technical Service Representatives.
You will direct the team to quickly and efficiently address important customer issues, by providing direct on-site technical, operational and services support. To ensure the success of you and your team, we will provide you with extensive development to enable you to excel in everything you do.

Key accountabilities
o Direct and deliver technical and operational support and contracted services for our customers
o Execute and resolve customer issues, with responsibility for first line problem resolution and relationship management
o Provide support of new product introduction in preparing customer readiness for the receipt of products and identify sales and service opportunities
o Provide customer input on business forecasts, fleet plans and shop visit plans
o To uphold and create an appropriate working environment for our customer.
Qualifications:
o Base technical, business qualification and IT proficient
o An engineering degree or a relevant Science or Applied Mathematics degree subject
o At least 7 years of technical and operational support experience in the Aerospace sector
o Good English spoken and written skills
o People /team Management experience in an international company
