Join the Siri NL Platform team and help shape the future of Apple Intelligence. As a Screener you will be at the intersection of modeling and software that powers Siri across all Apple devices. You will be the first line of signal-detection for incoming issues across Siri and work to surface the most meaningful problems fast. You will triage large volumes of reports, identify patterns, validate behavior, and partner with engineering to accelerate fix time. You will also improve the process itself: spotting repeated workflows and automating or streamlining them. This role is ideal for someone early-career who loves debugging, enjoys understanding how complex systems fail, and gets satisfaction from automating the boring stuff at scale. This is an opportunity to work with a passionate and diverse group of engineers, scientists, and cross-functional partners to deliver innovative Siri features and experiences for the next generation of Apple products.
As a Screener on the Siri NL Platform team, you will: Triage and classify incoming issues across multiple product surfaces, Analyze logs and behavior to determine severity, priority, and likely ownership, Identify trends, recurring failures, and emerging regressions across reports, Collaborate with engineering to clarify behavior, reproduce issues, and verify fixes across multiple build trains, build queries, dashboards, and lightweight automations to reduce manual screening work over time, and partner with platform and tooling teams to improve triage accuracy, throughput, and quality bar. This role rewards people who are curious, organized, data minded, and who enjoy making systems faster and smarter.
