The UA Manager will own the User Acquisition process within the R&D team, including campaign launches, day-to-day management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization. They will take a data-driven approach to analyzing campaigns, funnels, and creatives on a daily basis, developing clear rules of engagement. The role involves generating creative ideas in collaboration with SMM, PMM, and GM, conducting audience research from a performance marketing perspective, and organizing brainstorming sessions to develop marketing hypotheses with PMM, CMM, and GM.
