Job Description

The UA Manager will own the User Acquisition process within the R&D team, including campaign launches, day-to-day management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization. They will take a data-driven approach to analyzing campaigns, funnels, and creatives on a daily basis, developing clear rules of engagement. The role involves generating creative ideas in collaboration with SMM, PMM, and GM, conducting audience research from a performance marketing perspective, and organizing brainstorming sessions to develop marketing hypotheses with PMM, CMM, and GM.

  • Copywriting experience.
  • Experience working with funnels (or funnel optimization).
Must Have:
  • Proven User Acquisition experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with creative managers.
  • Excellent research skills including audience analysis.
  • Structured thinking and strong project management skills.
  • Ability to present research findings clearly and persuasively.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

  • Own the User Acquisition process within the R&D team, including campaign launches, day-to-day management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization.
  • Take a data-driven approach to analyzing campaigns, funnels, and creatives on a daily basis and develop clear “rules of engagement” for advertising campaigns.
  • Generate creative ideas in collaboration with SMM, PMM, and GM.
  • Conduct audience research from a performance marketing perspective, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Organize brainstorming sessions and develop marketing hypotheses (creatives, funnels, ad campaigns) with PMM, CMM, and GM.
