About your role

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join the promotion team of our flagship mobile project Hero Wars Alliance.

 What you’ll be doing

• Managing traffic acquisition for the SRN direction of the Hero Wars mobile project on channels such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads
• Managing and optimizing current channels
• Communicating with advertising platform partners, managing reporting and joint projects and tasks
•  Communicating with internal teams (creative, analytics team, technical team), setting tasks, finding solutions together, applying the results obtained in traffic acquisition
• Finding growth points through generating hypotheses and conducting experiments

We hope that you have

• Experience in game development (understanding how monetization works in mobile games)
• Experience in purchasing mobile games on one or multiple UA channels - Facebook Ads, TikTok
• Experience working with IOS and understand the intricacies of SKAN data
• Ability to analyze traffic
• Proficiency in MS Excel - formatting, basic formulas, and pivot tables
• English proficiency at B2 level
