About your role

We’re looking for a Product Owner/Feature Owner to join the team behind one of our flagship projects, Hero Wars Dominion Era (Desktop). You'll work in a super creative team full of passionate professionals.

What you’ll be doing

• Identifying product growth opportunities
• Managing and maintaining the backlog within your area of responsibility
• Defending and prioritizing the backlog
• Preparing clear and detailed product requests for the development team
• Working closely with developers to deliver features that drive product growth
• Collaborating with product leadership to turn strategic initiatives into actionable features
• Monitoring product metrics and user feedback to make informed decisions
• Running research — both internal (with the analytics team) and external (market research) — to discover trends, user pain points, and experience improvement opportunities

We hope that you have

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Game Designer with an analytical background
• Proven ability to write precise business and product requirements in the video games industry
• Solid understanding of product analytics
• Awareness of gaming market trends and player expectations
• Strategic thinking: the ability to define core processes aimed at acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Strong collaboration skills — effective communication with both the team and C-level
• Willingness to take ownership and make confident, responsible decisions
