About your role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst in the Attribution domain who will be able to develop and implement attribution models to optimize marketing spend and improve the efficiency of traffic acquisition.

What are these products and what problems do they solve?
You will work with products that play a key role in the business. Attribution is a critical growth area responsible for the efficient allocation of marketing budgets and user acquisition. Given the increasing data privacy requirements, one of the key tasks for the product is to ensure accurate attribution of acquisition channels despite challenges in accessing user data.
The main focus areas defined for the product include, but are not limited to: working with big data, development and optimization of the attribution system, analysis of marketing campaigns, solving issues related to data unavailability and consent requirements (Consent Mode).

What you`ll be doing

• Developing a multi-channel attribution model
• Building churn prediction models
• Conducting incrementality tests (including geo-based and synthetic control groups) using Causal Impact
• Optimizing attribution settings in AppsFlyer, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and others

We hope that you have

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis (in product / marketing / growth / forecasting analytics)
• Knowledge of forecasting and modeling techniques
• Understanding of product and marketing metrics (building a metrics funnel from ad clicks to in-game events)
• Experience using Python for analytics (pandas, numpy, statistics, scipy)
• Experience building models with catboost, xgboost, lightgbm, sklearn, tensor, prophet, causal impact
• Solid SQL skills, familiarity with multiple dialects (ClickHouse, Redshift, Postgres, etc.)
• Experience with AppsFlyer / Adjust / Affise and tracking link setup

Nice to have

• Experience building multi-channel attribution models or working with classification models
