Job Description
- Knowledge of variables / Design Tokens in Figma.
- Experience with handoff and collaboration with frontend developers.
- Understanding of user flows and UX funnel logic (click → registration → deposit), plus basic product/marketing metrics.
- Experience in iGaming / gambling, especially in marketing.
- Skills in motion graphics, animation, or simple video editing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or web design.
- Ability to suggest improvements not only in visuals but also in performance and cross-platform adaptation.
- Design and adapt interface and promo materials: e-mail and in-app banners, landing pages, promo elements.
- Ensure visual consistency across different locales; prepare files in the correct sizes and formats.
- Collaborate with Retention, Product, and Marketing teams; participate in reviews and implement feedback quickly.
- Prepare handoff for developers and maintain documentation (guidelines, rules) in Confluence.
- Balance multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Create templates and style guides to accelerate and simplify future design work.
- Prepare final assets ready for use across different platforms.
- 1–3 years of experience as a designer.
- Confident Figma skills: components, auto-layouts, variants.
- Experience working with design systems.
- High level of independence: ability to work without a strict brief, structure tasks, and propose solutions.
- English level B2 (meetings, written communication, presenting solutions).
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, chatGPT, Stable Diffusion, Freepik AI, etc.) to generate graphics quickly and efficiently.

Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer to join the Setup team with a focus on Engagement (retention and promo activities: e-mail / in-app banners, web promo, landing pages, engagement elements). This role requires strong Figma skills, a high level of independence, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions quickly.

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for creating and adapting user interfaces and promotional materials that engage players and strengthen brand identity across multiple platforms and locales.
