We are looking for an experienced Unity Team Lead to join our R&D department in Warsaw.
Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of cross-organizational infra projects from requirements to production
- Lead a multi-discipline team of highly skilled and passionate engineers
- Conduct the team ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retro meetings
- Evaluate technologies, run proof of concepts, and promote changes in the technological stack
- Lead changes, guide and collaborate with other development teams in the company
- Be an effective part of owning and supporting the team’s services in multiple production environments
- Use, learn and share best practices for high-quality design, code, and tests
- Mentor developers to help them grow and evolve their technical skills
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading a development team as a manager/tech lead - a must
- Expert in C# & Unity engine - a must
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience working on Production (released games)
- Proficiency in developing complex systems at large scale
- Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to make an impact
- Can-do approach
Advantage:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent) or other relevant courses
