Must have:

Strong knowledge of C++ and Unreal Engine API

Our game development studio is looking for a talented Unreal Engine Programmer to join our in-house team in the vibrant city of Valencia, Spain.

Minimum Requirements:

Strong knowledge of C++ programming and the Unreal Engine API.
Solid understanding of game development concepts, including game physics, AI, animations, and UI integration.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce, Plastic SCM, etc.)..
Familiarity with Blueprint scripting.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
Experience with debugging and performance optimization in Unreal Engine.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a Spanish and English-speaking environment.

Desired Requirements:

Proficiency in Unreal Engine 4/5 with at least 2 years of experience in professional or personal projects.
Experience in multiplayer/networked game development (e.g., using Unreal’s Online Subsystem or third-party solutions).
Familiarity with Gameplay Ability System (GAS).
Familiarity with game optimization for consoles
Knowledge of shader programming and graphics optimization within Unreal Engine.
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
Familiarity with third-party SDKs, plugins, and services.
Experience with debugging and performance optimization in Unreal
A passion for video games and a portfolio showcasing previous work is highly valued.
