Job Summary

The Update and Loyalty Analyst is responsible for generating area indicators to manage the update of data received from clients and external sources, organizing update activities using company-defined tools. This role provides support to all involved parties (collaborators and clients) in the update or ingestion process. Additionally, the analyst supports activities designated by the Coordination and Management for the data management and quality process.

Must Have

  • Deep knowledge of data reporting and execution in various applications
  • Support data quality strategy for data ingested into the Bureau
  • Ensure compliance with assigned area goals
  • Lead and support area strategies and requirements
  • Fulfill objectives and goals committed by management, vice-presidency, and the company
  • Monitor results of area activities and processes
  • Collaborate with Data Management and other areas to improve information and data administered by the bureau
  • Ensure support for the coordination team to improve and maintain internal and external client relationships (SLAs)
  • Dynamic participation in identifying opportunities to increase data reporting
  • Self-management in training and understanding requirements and new solutions
  • Alignment and compliance with Experian Way strategy
  • Skills related to Data analysis tools, especially Power BI
  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, preferably with studies in data analysis, business intelligence
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis and data intelligence
  • Advanced Excel skills

Job Description

The Update and Loyalty Analyst is responsible for generating area indicators that allow for the management of data updates received from clients and external sources, organizing activities for the update through the tools defined by the company for this purpose, thereby providing support to the different actors involved (Collaborators and clients) in the update or ingestion process.

Likewise, they are responsible for supporting activities designated by the Coordination and Management for the data management and quality process.

Responsibilities of the position:

1. Deeply understand the management of data reports and their execution in different applications.

2. Support the strategy for data quality ingested into the Bureau.

3. Ensure compliance with goals assigned by the area.

4. Lead and support the different strategies and requirements of the area.

5. Fulfill the objectives and goals committed by management, vice-presidency, and the company in general.

6. Monitor the results of the area's activities and processes.

7. Work in conjunction with the areas of the Data Management department and other areas that require support from the area's Coordination to improve the information and data administered by the bureau, in order to guarantee the quality that the sources must have in the data or modifications made.

8. Guarantee support to the coordination team in order to improve and maintain our relationship with internal and external clients (SLAs).

9. Dynamic participation in the identification of opportunities and initiatives to improve the relationship with our clients, achieving an increase in data reporting.

10. Self-management in training and understanding requirements and new solutions to be developed.

11. Alignment and compliance with the Experian Way strategy.

12. Skills related to Data analysis tools, especially Power BI.

Qualifications

  • Education:

Systems Engineer, Business Administrator, Economist, preferably with studies in data analysis, business intelligence.

  • Experience:

2 years of experience in data analysis and data intelligence.

  • Required technical knowledge:
  • Excel: advanced level
  • Power BI: advanced level
  • Database Management, CRM (Salesforce)
  • SQL
  • Python
