Job Summary

Design, plan, and manage in a timely, effective, and efficient manner all activities related to the billing process, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal and external customer satisfaction. This role involves optimizing processes, tracking invoice execution, supporting finance operations, issuing invoices, verifying controls, and ensuring timely uploading and distribution of billing documents.

Must Have

  • Optimize processes and procedures to reduce billing errors.
  • Monitor the execution of the billing and invoice submission process.
  • Support finance area processes.
  • Issue invoices and replacements.
  • Verify and monitor controls defined in billing procedures.
  • Ensure timely upload of all invoices and credit notes to the global platform.
  • Guarantee the existence and custody of billing support documents according to regulatory and legal guidelines.
  • Provide timely information for billing-related PQR responses.
  • Ensure timely distribution of direct billing.
  • Guarantee correct contract configuration in billing systems.
  • Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles in finance or accounting areas.
  • Proficiency in Oracle (basic level), Siigo, advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.

Job Description

Design, plan and manage in a timely, effective and efficient manner all activities related to the billing process, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal and external customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize processes and procedures, generating a smaller margin of error when billing.
  • Monitor the execution of the billing and invoice submission process.
  • Support the finance area's own processes.
  • Issue invoices and replacements.
  • Verify and monitor the controls defined in the billing procedures.
  • Ensure the timely upload of all invoices and credit notes to the global platform.
  • Guarantee the existence and custody of billing support documents in accordance with regulatory and legal guidelines.
  • Provide in a timely manner all the information required to respond to PQRs generated by billing.
  • Ensure the timely distribution of direct billing.
  • Guarantee the correct configuration of contracts in the billing systems.

Requirements

  • Education: Technical or professional in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related careers.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles in finance or accounting areas.
  • Technical knowledge: Oracle (basic level), Siigo, advanced Excel, Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
