Job Summary
The Manufacturing Director will be fully responsible for the on-time delivery of all mass production orders, establishing and executing a customer-centric production system. This role involves overseeing multi-plant operations, including resource allocation and capacity planning, to ensure efficient collaboration. Key responsibilities include building and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing processes, from master production planning to quality management. The director will also lead new plant capacity ramp-up, build high-performance teams, control costs, and continuously improve efficiency. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of manufacturing management experience (5+ in medical devices/high-value electronics/precision manufacturing), and proven multi-plant management success. Proficiency in Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, and strong leadership are essential.

- Proficient in Lean Production, TPS, Six Sigma and other advanced manufacturing concepts and tools.
- Practical experience in building or thoroughly transforming production operation systems from scratch.
- Strong strategic execution, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, able to motivate and empower teams, and maintain a results-oriented approach in complex and high-pressure environments.
- Highly identify with the company's corporate culture and development strategy, possess excellent strategic decoding and execution capabilities, and be able to lead the team to achieve business goals tirelessly.

Job Responsibilities
1. Delivery Assurance: Fully responsible for the on-time delivery rate of all company mass production orders. Establish and execute a production operation system that serves customer needs.
2. Multi-plant Operation: Overall management of multi-plant production operations, resource allocation, and capacity planning to achieve efficient multi-plant collaboration.
3. System Construction: Build and optimize end-to-end manufacturing operation processes, including master production planning, material control, production technology, equipment maintenance, and quality management systems.
4. New Plant Capacity Ramp-up: Lead the team responsible for new plant capacity ramp-up and production work, ensuring rapid achievement of design capacity.
5. Team Capability Building: Build a high-performance manufacturing team, cultivate core backbones; responsible for manufacturing cost control, continuously improving production efficiency and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automation or related majors.
- 10+ years of manufacturing management experience, including at least 5 years in medical devices, high-value electronics or precision manufacturing industry, must have successful multi-plant management experience, experience in new plant setup from 0-1 or capacity ramp-up is preferred.
- Proficient in Lean Production, TPS, Six Sigma and other advanced manufacturing concepts and tools, with practical experience in building or thoroughly transforming production operation systems from scratch.
- Strong strategic execution, data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to translate CEO's strategic goals into executable manufacturing strategies and action plans.
- Excellent leadership, able to motivate and empower teams, and maintain a results-oriented approach in complex and high-pressure environments.
