Job Summary

The HRBP will be responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and talent pipeline development. Key duties also involve designing and delivering training programs, managing HR operations such as employee lifecycle system processes and basic payroll, and organizing company cultural events and internal communications. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of HR experience, and be proficient in recruitment, expanding recruitment channels, cross-departmental communication, and at least one HR module (compensation, training, or recruitment). Strong self-motivation and a pioneering spirit are essential for this challenging role.

Must Have

  • Independently conduct interviews and evaluations

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Through multi-channel talent sourcing, independently conduct interview implementation and evaluation, and do a good job in employee identification and talent pipeline development.

2. According to the company's training system, carry out various forms of training programs, doing a good job in new employee onboarding, employee professional development, and talent pipeline empowerment.

3. Responsible for company-related HR work, including but not limited to system operations for employee onboarding, transfer, adjustment, and departure, and basic salary data calculation.

4. Responsible for the formulation and execution of company cultural activities/employee activities, and the operation and maintenance of internal communication channels.

5. Timely complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or management-related majors preferred.

2. 2+ years of human resource work experience, able to independently conduct recruitment and recruitment channel expansion, and cross-departmental communication.

3. Proficient in at least one module among compensation/training/recruitment, proficient in graphic/text editing and software application, or experience in operating self-media accounts is preferred.

4. Possess strong self-drive, pioneering spirit, and willingness to undertake challenging tasks.
