Job Summary

Responsible for formulating and executing the group's overall operational strategy, including new business management, and optimizing operational management and analysis capabilities. Oversee the group's and its subsidiaries' operational plans, ensuring implementation and performance assessment. Monitor operational processes, manage risks, and lead major operational meetings and projects, especially for new ventures, to achieve group targets and explore new growth opportunities.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the formulation and execution of the group's overall operational strategy, including the operation and management of new businesses, and building and optimizing operational management and analysis capabilities.

2. Fully responsible for the operational plans of the group and its subsidiaries, including the operational planning and target setting for new businesses, ensuring the decomposition, implementation, and effective management of various plans, and assessing the operational organizational performance.

3. Responsible for supervising and managing the operational process, coordinating the work between various companies and departments, providing early warning, prevention, and rectification for operational risks and problems, and supervising the implementation.

4. Organize major operational meetings and regularly output the group's operational analysis reports, including the development of new businesses.

5. Manage major operational projects, especially new business projects, to ensure the achievement of group plan objectives.

6. Explore and evaluate new business opportunities to bring new growth points to the group.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, etc.

2. Possess rich business operation and management experience, especially in the operation and management of new business areas, capable of deeply understanding various businesses and proposing effective improvement and growth strategies.

3. Familiar with operation management systems and tools, possess strong execution capability, and can quickly formulate and implement effective strategies for new businesses.

4. Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating the team to achieve high-standard performance.

5. Be down-to-earth and hardworking, efficient in work, and possess excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.

6. Have keen insight into new businesses and market trends, and be able to grasp industry development opportunities.
