Must Have

Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Experience in leading a provincial team (3-5 years).
2. Familiar with the xc (Chuangxin) market, with a clear understanding and vision for the industry, and knowledge of competitor products and market share.
3. Familiar with the complete machine business and experience in operating domestic informatization procurement projects.
1. Responsible for sales management in the assigned region and accountable for regional performance results.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets, while monitoring sales progress and adjusting strategies promptly to adapt to market changes.
3. Manage and motivate the sales team, enhancing the team's overall sales capability and performance, including training, guidance, and evaluation of team members.
4. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, regularly visit clients, understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote long-term cooperation.
5. Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, providing data support for the company's market strategy development.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for computer or electronics-related majors.
2. 5 years or more of IT industry team management experience, with a preference for those who have accumulated certain industry resources, and those aged 45 or below.
3. Experience in regional market development for manufacturers of servers, computer terminals, workstations, cloud computing, cloud desktop, etc., with a preference for those with good performance.
4. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, market insight, organizational and management abilities, excellent material writing skills, overall planning ability, strong stress resistance, strong sense of responsibility, and collective honor.
