This Administrative HR Intern position involves assisting with daily HR and administrative tasks. Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for receiving visitors, including but not limited to: property fire safety personnel, interviewees, performing visitor registration, guiding interviewees to fill out interview registration forms, and coordinating interview arrangements;
2. Responsible for the statistics and reporting of office supplies and employee benefits, inventory management, and ledger management for collection/usage;
3. Responsible for maintaining the office area environment, replenishing consumables, ensuring equipment safety and normal operation (including photocopiers, air conditioners, and punch clocks);
4. Assist in organizing daily employee activities and large-scale events, such as: annual meetings, birthday parties, morning meetings, etc.;
5. Assist in the recruitment work for simple positions;
6. Assist in the daily work of the Human Resources Department.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, secretarial or management-related majors preferred;
2. Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word (essential), with good writing skills;
3. Good professional ethics, meticulous work, and confidentiality awareness regarding work content;
4. Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, lively and cheerful personality, and approachable.
