Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to oversee and implement HR strategies. Responsibilities include developing recruitment and talent development plans, managing recruitment channels, handling employee relations and labor disputes, establishing and implementing performance appraisal systems, and designing compensation and incentive programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher, at least 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing, and be proficient in Office software.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating and organizing the implementation of recruitment plans, talent development plans, and other schemes.

2. Responsible for the development of recruitment channels, analyzing recruitment completion, and achieving recruitment targets.

3. Responsible for formulating the employee relations management system, handling employee relations affairs, and coordinating labor disputes.

4. Organize the establishment of performance appraisal systems and plans, and promote the implementation of performance management.

5. Familiar with compensation and incentive methods, effectively formulating incentive adjustment plans.

6. Complete other tasks arranged by the company and leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution, with a major in Human Resources preferred.

2. 3+ years of human resources management experience, with a manufacturing background preferred.

3. Possess good communication skills and external public relations capabilities.

4. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and team leadership ability.

5. Possess good basic office skills, proficient in relevant OFFICE software.
