Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR planning schemes, streamlining HR processes, and driving recruitment and talent pipeline initiatives. Key duties include executing and improving compensation and performance systems, establishing effective employee incentive programs, and managing employee training and development paths, as well as handling employee relations.
