Job Summary

The Head of Finance Department is responsible for daily financial accounting, auditing, and tax declaration. This role involves controlling costs, preparing financial statements and budgets, and coordinating with external financial entities. The ideal candidate will guide and manage subsidiary finance teams, assist with investment and capital operations, and possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with 5-10 years of experience in financial management.

Must Have

  • Responsible for daily financial accounting, auditing, and tax declaration.

  • 5+ years of experience as a financial manager.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, financial, tax, and legal aspects.
  • Possess external relationship coordination and overall management abilities.
  • Good team leadership, collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily financial accounting, auditing of accounting vouchers, various contracts, and invoices, and completing individual tax declarations.

2. Reasonably control cost and expense expenditures in accordance with relevant financial systems.

3. Responsible for the preparation of individual financial statements and consolidated financial statements.

4. Responsible for the preparation of individual company budgets and the summary review of subsidiary budgets.

5. Responsible for coordinating business relationships with banks, tax authorities, external intermediary agencies, and other relevant units.

6. Responsible for guiding the finance departments of subordinate companies in their work, and for the daily management of financial personnel, following up on the construction of the finance team and talent pipeline.

7. Cooperate in completing matters related to the company's investment and financing, capital operations, and be responsible for coordinating financial relationships with controlling shareholders and other shareholders.

8. Assist the Finance Director in completing various financial tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Major in financial management, accounting, finance, or related fields; experience in hotel preparation is preferred.

2. Possess more than 5 years of experience as a financial manager, familiarity with hotel financial management models is preferred.

3. Proficient in finance, accounting, financial, and tax knowledge, master relevant legal knowledge, and possess basic computer application knowledge.

4. Possess certain external relationship coordination and overall management abilities.

5. Good team leadership, collaboration skills, excellent communication and analytical skills, and high loyalty to the company.
