Business Unit Finance Manager

Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with organisational goals. Lead financial modelling and forecasting to guide long-term planning and performance. Analyse complex financial data and present insights to senior management for decision-making. Provide strategic recommendations on risks, opportunities, and resource allocation. Drive process improvements and system implementations, fostering collaboration across teams.

Must Have

• 6+ years of finance experience in a global organisation
• expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Advanced technical skills in Excel and Power BI
• Strong communication ability to present financial insights effectively at all organisational levels
• Proven collaboration experience across regions, teams, and external partners to drive performance and solve problems
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling techniques

Good to Have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
• Professional certification such as CFA, CA or MBA in Finance
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight

Location Details: Pune, India
