Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with organisational goals. Lead financial modelling and forecasting to guide long-term planning and performance. Analyse complex financial data and present insights to senior management for decision-making. Provide strategic recommendations on risks, opportunities, and resource allocation. Drive process improvements and system implementations, fostering collaboration across teams.
Must Have
- 6+ years of finance experience in a global organisation
- expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
- Advanced technical skills in Excel and Power BI
- Strong communication ability to present financial insights effectively at all organisational levels
- Proven collaboration experience across regions, teams, and external partners to drive performance and solve problems
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling techniques
Good to Have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
- Professional certification such as CFA, CA or MBA in Finance
- Familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight

Job Description
Location Details: Pune, India
At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
Hybrid: This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership.
