Job Summary
At PwC, our managed services team supports clients with outsourced solutions, streamlining operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency. As a Finance and Accounting Managed Services Senior Associate, you will solve complex business issues, applying various tools and methodologies. You will contribute to financial reporting, management accounting, and ensure accuracy in financial processes, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Must Have
- Use a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems
- Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts

- Hands-on experience in accounting or finance, with a strong track record in financial reporting and/or management accounting
- Proficiency in digital and/or data analysis tools
- Demonstrate a self-starter mindset by proactively identifying opportunities, taking ownership of tasks, and driving projects forward
- Show flexibility and adaptability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Approach projects with a detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Demonstrate coachability by actively seeking feedback, embracing growth opportunities, and pursuing continuous development
- Actively mentor and support engagement team members by sharing expertise and feedback
- Ability to clearly present findings and recommendations, both written and verbally, is vital
- Prepare complex analysis and reconciliation for monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
- Execute and oversee robust financial close process
- Knowledge of and experience in end-to-end accounting process
- Experience in presenting findings and results to stakeholders, both internally and externally
Good to Have
- Pursuing your Canadian CPA or other accounting designation is an asset
- Experience with cloud accounting software is considered an asset
