We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Onboarding Support Partner to ensure a seamless Day 1 virtual induction experience for new employees. This role involves coordinating with IT, Logistics, Facilities, and Business HR teams to prepare systems, access, and resources, troubleshoot issues during induction, track readiness, maintain checklists, and communicate updates effectively. The goal is to create a smooth and positive start for all new hires.

Must Have

  • Deliver seamless Day 1 virtual induction experience
  • Coordinate with IT, Logistics, Facilities, and Business HR teams
  • Ensure systems, access, and resources are ready for new employees
  • Troubleshoot issues during induction sessions
  • Track readiness and maintain onboarding checklists

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / Onboarding / Employee Experience

Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented professional to deliver a seamless Day 1 virtual induction experience. This role is all about creating a smooth start for new employees by coordinating with IT, Logistics, Facilities, and Business HR teams—ensuring everything works perfectly from offer acceptance to Day 1.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to person for Day 1 virtual induction support.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure systems, access, and resources are ready.
  • Troubleshoot issues during induction sessions to keep things running smoothly.
  • Track readiness and maintain onboarding checklists.
  • Communicate updates and resolve concerns quickly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and empathy-driven approach to enhance employee experience.
