The Sales Supervisor's mission is to lead, develop, and empower the team responsible for product sales and management. This role involves building effective commercial strategies, driving operational excellence, and supporting the team in sales execution, onboarding, and post-sales follow-up to ensure results and efficiency. Additionally, the supervisor will analyze team and product performance to propose process improvements and ensure model scalability.
Must Have
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance operational environment
- Supervise correct process execution and ensure compliance with area KPIs
- Identify process improvement opportunities, proposing concrete and implementable short-term solutions
- Manage daily objective fulfillment, implementing tactical adjustments when necessary
- Conduct weekly and monthly planning sessions to establish specific achievement goals and strategies
- Continuously improve agents' pitch and communication techniques to maximize sales effectiveness
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales teams via phone contact
- Solid knowledge of sales processes, objection handling, and contactability
- Ability to analyze operational data, propose tactical strategies, and execute short-term improvement plans
- Proven experience in team management with a focus on daily KPI compliance
- Results-oriented and capable of implementing immediate operational adjustments

In addition, they must analyze the performance of the team and the product to propose process improvements and ensure the scalability of the model.
Functions and responsibility:
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team, promoting an environment of high operational performance.
- Supervise the correct execution of the process and ensure compliance with the KPIs of the area.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, proposing concrete and implementable short-term solutions.
- Manage the daily achievement of objectives, implementing tactical adjustments when necessary.
- Conduct weekly and monthly planning sessions to establish specific achievement goals and strategies.

Requirements
