This individual operates with significant autonomy, partnering closely with recruiters in our Technology Center of Excellence to identify, attract, and assess high-impact technical candidates.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, market expertise, and a hands-on sourcing approach to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while ensuring every candidate has a positive, transparent, and engaging experience that reflects Banyan’s commitment to partnership and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill technical roles across Banyan and its portfolio companies.
  • Partner with recruiters to deeply understand hiring needs, craft effective candidate profiles, and build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
  • Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to influence talent acquisition strategies and business decisions.
  • Champion sourcing tools, systems, and best practices that improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
  • Build trust with candidates through clear communication, timely follow-up, and authentic representation of Banyan and its portfolio companies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to peers, sharing sourcing expertise and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure funnel performance and optimize strategies for long-term results.
  • Represent Banyan Software and its portfolio companies with professionalism, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.

Qualifications for success:

  • 10+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a strong track record filling senior and specialized technical roles across multiple functions or industries.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining alignment with team and business priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukari and ATS/CRM systems).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and market trends into actionable sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering a positive and consistent candidate experience.
  • Passion for learning, experimentation, and sharing knowledge to elevate team performance.
  • Deep curiosity about markets, people, and business, with a drive to connect exceptional talent to meaningful opportunities within Banyan’s growing ecosystem.
