Purpose of the role:
The Senior Strategy Development Analyst is responsible for detailed analysis and design, construction, and delivery for quality testing of software components for the Decision Engine meeting agreed acceptance criteria ensuring adherence to defined policies, standards, and metrics for the area.
They must provide the necessary advice in defining criteria and managing Bureau policies to make the final product a quality and effective system.

Responsibilities of the role:
Lead the decision engine development team, manage responsibility assignments, and generate improvement actions in the software development flow.
Perform detailed analysis and design for the implementation of assigned projects and product versions, within the vision, guidelines, and standards defined in the Product Architecture.
Ensure that detailed analysis and design documentation is kept up to date.
Build and deliver software components that meet assigned functional and non-functional requirements; as well as the effort, duration, and quality metrics defined for the area.
Requirements Analysis - BRD (Business Requirement Document). Support in defining criteria and information Bureau policies for the development of credit policies for the decision engine.
Provide support for incidents generated by inconsistencies that arise with processes developed and delivered to clients in the production environment.
Manage the detailed activities of the assigned decision engine solutions construction project for the execution of implementations, daily report the time invested in each of the activities performed and the progress against the plans outlined.
Offer technical direction in decision engine solutions projects to our clients, ensuring the fulfillment of their value proposition, financial, and business objectives.
Support the commercial and BD team in the initiation and maintenance stage of our clients' projects.
Guarantee customer satisfaction (NPS: Net Promoter Score) in your role.
