Position Summary
Description:
As a UA Manager at SciPlay, you will play a critical role in driving user acquisition strategies for our Growth portfolio of games, with a specific focus on titles that monetize primarily through in-app ads (IAA), and new titles in general. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with experience in launching and scaling games, managing budgets, and understanding the nuances of the mobile gaming ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, product, and creative teams, to maximize user growth and engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute UA strategies to drive installs, engagement, and revenue growth for SciPlay's Growth & IAA-focused games in international markets.
- Launch and scale games from initial soft launch to full-scale campaigns, optimizing performance to achieve high growth.
- Perform daily analysis and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, ad networks, search, and rewarding platforms, ensuring alignment with KPI targets.
- Collaborate with creative and game teams to design various ad creatives and promotional materials tailored for different regions to improve performance.
- Identify user acquisition opportunities, trends, and adopt industry best practices in global markets to stay ahead of the competition.
- Be proactive and provide recommendations for new sources or different UA strategies, including profitability strategies aimed at team growth.
- Manage relationships with external partners to leverage their expertise and expand our UA efforts.
- Provide and present regular reports and presentations on UA performance and insights to stakeholders and management, focusing on activity trends and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the mobile gaming and digital marketing industries in international markets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in mobile user acquisition for apps in international markets (mandatory). Experience in gaming is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing campaigns for games monetized through in-app ads (IAA) and familiarity with incentivized traffic campaigns – High advantage.
- Proven experience with Ad Monetization strategies, tactics, and mediation platforms – High advantage.
- Strong understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, with hands-on experience in launching and scaling games from early stages to maturity.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, and best practices in user acquisition, with the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau.
- Proficiency in using mobile measurement platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and ad networks (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok).
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for gaming and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written (mandatory).
