3. Responsible for the content ecosystem construction and topic planning of game communities, formulate corresponding incentive strategies, and improve the scale and activity of community users.
4. Responsible for completing vertical-related creator activities, time planning, and execution, and remain sensitive to current hot topics and content trends.
5. Focus on operating official communities such as TapTap, be responsible for new TapTap users and revenue results, formulate advertising strategies, and continuously optimize advertising materials.
6. Monitor official package data, track operational data (user growth, retention, paid conversion rate, etc.), regularly produce analysis reports, and optimize strategies.
1. 3+ years of experience in game community operations; experience in official community operations and advertising on platforms like TapTap is preferred.
2. Familiar with mainstream domestic social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, TapTap, Bilibili, and Douyin, and able to independently produce corresponding content plans and graphic/video content.
3. Strong ability to control and gain insight into community content and player mentality, with strong player management experience, and a good understanding of players across multiple products/categories.
4. Sensitive to public opinion, able to keenly identify public opinion issues, produce corresponding public opinion and reputation solutions, and implement them.
5. Strong communication skills, proactive, able to actively express opinions, and maintain a good working state.
6. Love and continuously pay attention to the game industry, have high sensitivity, have their own understanding and cognition of game operations, and have in-depth research and thinking on games.
