Job Summary

Job Description

Responsible for the core gameplay design and implementation of auto chess, including season themes, commanders, bonds, heroes, and seasonal gameplay mechanisms. Optimize combat design standards and frameworks, improve configuration tool flow, and enhance the efficiency and quality of combat R&D. Collaborate closely with art, programming, and promotion departments to establish combat pipeline standards and lead the team to complete tasks on schedule. Adjust and optimize combat content based on test data and player feedback. Guide combat planners, foster a collaborative learning atmosphere, and improve team capabilities.
Must have:

  • 1+ year of combat planner team leader or lead planner experience
  • Experience in auto chess, strategy card, or competitive game development
  • Familiarity with relevant auto chess games
  • Aesthetic and planning creative ability
  • Familiar with MOBA, auto chess and other gameplay

2. Improve combat design standards and frameworks, optimize configuration tool flow, and enhance the efficiency and quality of combat R&D.

3. Communicate and collaborate closely with art, programming, and promotion departments, establish combat pipeline standards, and lead the team to complete tasks on schedule.

4. Adjust and optimize combat content based on test data and player feedback.

5. Guide combat planners, foster a collaborative learning atmosphere, and improve team capabilities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of game work experience, 1+ year of combat planner team leader or lead planner experience preferred; experience in auto chess, strategy card, or competitive game development preferred, familiarity with relevant auto chess games preferred.

2. Understand profession and skill design, possess mathematical modeling and logical thinking skills, and be able to design numerical relationships and logical processes.

3. Aesthetic and planning creative ability is a plus, familiar with MOBA, auto chess and other gameplay, with user insight.

4. Love the game industry, understand competitive games, have self-drive, learning ability, communication ability, stress resistance and cooperative spirit.
