4. Collaborate with various R&D departments to continuously refine and improve the in-game performance of characters and monsters.
5. Continuously discover talented outsourced artists and cultivate the outsourcing team.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, over 5 years of industry experience, at least 1 complete development experience of a small to medium-sized game from 0 to 1.
2. Proficient in game art concept design, participated in concept design for at least 2 game projects and understands how to implement them.
3. Skilled in cartoon style, able to perfectly analyze the style of Dragon Knight 1 and significantly improve its character/monster design.
4. Good theoretical foundation in game aesthetics, able to summarize methodologies, and provide specific guidance for character production.
5. Passionate about commercial game creation, with extensive experience in action/ARPG games at the experience level and deep understanding at the design level.
6. High self-requirements, able to continuously improve the art quality of characters/monsters.
