Job Description

This role involves defining and implementing the UI visual style for game community products across all platforms (App/H5/Web), including modules like homepage, game tools, guides, and events. The lead designer will establish unified specifications for design systems, ensuring consistent multi-platform experience. Responsibilities also include producing high-fidelity prototypes, collaborating with product and R&D teams, and enhancing user activity and retention by balancing information density and readability, all while understanding player and business needs.
Must have:
  • Define and implement UI visual style for game community products across all platforms (App/H5/Web).
  • Lead the construction of design systems, establish unified specifications for color, icons, motion, and component libraries.
  • Output high-fidelity prototypes and design annotations, collaborate with product managers and R&D teams.
  • Understand players and game community business, balance information density and readability, improve user activity and retention from a design perspective.
  • 5+ years of mobile product UI/UX design experience.
  • Experience in game community/tool product design (portfolio required).
  • Capable of independently designing UI micro-interaction effects.
  • Understand game player needs.
Good to have:
  • MOBA game player.
  • Experience participating in product 0-1 stage.
  • Familiar with Southeast Asian market user aesthetic preferences.
  • Experience in Southeast Asian market product design.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of mobile product UI/UX design experience, with experience in game community/tool products (portfolio required).
  • Proficient in Figma/Sketch, Photoshop, AI, capable of independently designing UI micro-interaction effects.
  • Familiar with iOS/Android design specifications and responsive layout logic, possessing complex information architecture design capabilities.
  • Understand game player needs; MOBA game players preferred.
  • Experience participating in product 0-1 stage preferred.
  • Familiar with Southeast Asian market user aesthetic preferences, experience in Southeast Asian market product design preferred.
