As the lead operations manager for a top-down shooter, search-and-destroy project, you will be fully responsible for developing and executing the game's operational strategy, leading market warm-up before launch, explosive growth during launch, and long-term operations after launch. You need to deeply understand the core gameplay and user psychology of "search-and-destroy" games, and use data-driven operational methods to achieve user growth, increased activity, and revenue targets, while being responsible for the product's long-term vitality.
1. Formulate and execute the overall game operation strategy and annual/quarterly/monthly operation plans, including but not limited to version operations, event operations, user operations, channel operations, and content operations, and be responsible for the product's KPIs (such as user scale, activity, retention rate, revenue, etc.).
2. Collaborate with marketing and channel departments to formulate product promotion plans and user acquisition strategies; responsible for game version management, controlling version content, event rhythm, and launch processes to ensure operational effectiveness.
3. Establish and improve the operation data analysis system, regularly monitor and analyze operation data, deeply explore user behavior and product issues behind the data, continuously propose product optimization suggestions and operation strategy adjustment plans, and drive product iteration and growth.
4. Plan and implement various online/offline operation activities (such as new user acquisition, activation, retention, payment activities, etc.), design activity rules and rewards, evaluate activity effectiveness, and continuously improve activity ROI.
5. Deeply observe and understand users, establish user feedback channels, and manage core user communities; build a game community atmosphere, plan content topics, and contribute to brand communication and user reputation building.
6. As the core operational interface, efficiently collaborate with planning, development, marketing, channel, customer service, and other teams to promote the implementation of operational requirements and ensure the achievement of overall project goals.
1. 5 years or more of game operations experience, with priority given to those who have successfully operated one or more online games (especially FPS, TPS, tactical competitive, or sandbox survival games) throughout their full lifecycle.
2. Priority given to those with experience in operating top-down shooter, search-and-destroy, or similar heavy gameplay, strong competitive projects.
3. A deep game enthusiast, with a profound understanding and practical experience of the core gameplay, user ecosystem, and operational pain points of at least one of the above genres.
4. Proficient in various methodologies of game operations, sensitive to data, possessing strong data analysis capabilities, able to skillfully use data tools such as SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools like Tableau for data extraction, analysis, and presentation.
5. Possess excellent event planning and project management capabilities, able to independently plan and implement large-scale operational activities.
6. Possess good market acumen and user insight, able to accurately grasp market trends and changes in user needs.
