6. Responsible for the acceptance of game versions before launch, checking version content and art assets, and being responsible for version quality.
1. 3+ years of game operations experience, experience in launching products from 0 to 1 is preferred.
2. Master the understanding of R&D and publishing of mainstream products, possess skills such as data mining, product optimization, version planning, and community operations.
3. Sensitive to data, possess excellent data analysis capabilities, with rich experience, in-depth insights, and accumulation in data analysis modules.
4. Strong communication skills and stress resistance, proactive, able to maintain good working condition under significant pressure.
5. Able to advance projects in a multi-person collaborative environment, possessing excellent self-motivation, teamwork skills, and cross-departmental driving force.
