[MLBB] Senior User Operations (Growth)

Responsible for user operations in key regions for the game, including community building, KOL engagement, feedback system establishment, and user/competitor research. Utilize user insights and game data to identify user pain points and needs, develop growth strategies for target regions, and drive implementation with R&D and publishing teams. Plan, design, develop, track, and launch regional activities.

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in user research
• Complete feature development experience
• Fluent in English for communication with South/Southeast Asian users

Job Description

1. Responsible for user operations in key regions for the game, including community building and management, KOL outreach and maintenance, establishment of a feedback system, and user insight methods such as user and competitor research.

2. Through user insight results and game data analysis, identify user pain points and needs, formulate growth plans for key regions, and promote their implementation with various relevant teams such as R&D and publishing.

3. Responsible for the planning, design, development follow-up, acceptance, configuration launch, and effect tracking of regional activities in key areas.

Job Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in user research; experience in competitive gaming is a plus.

2. Complete feature development experience, able to transform ideas into design and implementation.

3. Fluent in English, able to communicate smoothly with users in South Asia and Southeast Asia; familiarity with the cultures and user habits of South/Southeast Asian regions such as India, Thailand, and Vietnam is a plus.

4. Must be a MOBA enthusiast, possess excellent learning ability, and pursue challenging goals.
