  • Oversee team division of labor, collaboration management, and project progress management within the region.
  • Rich experience in market publishing, with clear understanding and logic of game publishing.
  • Sufficient sensitivity to game data.
  • At least 5 years of working experience.
  • At least 2 years of team management experience.

Job Description

1. Assist the company in formulating the overall distribution goals and budget for the product in the region, and be responsible for the final results.

2. Overall planning of the regional distribution strategy, leading the team to be responsible for market user research, product positioning, plan formulation, execution, and review optimization, and being responsible for various performance data (revenue/activity/new users/retention).

3. Responsible for leading the team to strengthen the product's brand power and reputation in the regional market, and assist in the long-term improvement of the product's local IP power.

4. Overall responsibility for team division of labor, collaboration management, and project progress management within the region.

Job Requirements

1. Rich experience in market publishing, with clear cognitive logic and ideas for game publishing, and sufficient sensitivity to game data.

2. Working experience of 5 years and above, with practical experience and methodology accumulation, and at least 2 years of team management experience.

3. Experience in operating MOBA/competitive large DAU categories publishing is preferred.
