Core Responsibilities:
- Participate in establishing the project's art style, formulating special effects quality standards, and establishing efficient production processes and specifications;
- Collaborate with the original art team to complete special effects concept design, independently or lead the completion and implementation of various stylized special effects;
- Work closely with cross-functional partners such as planning and programming to promote the complete realization of special effects from design to in-game implementation, ensuring the final effect meets project expectations.
- 3 years or more of experience in game special effects design, with complete high-quality game project development experience;
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly understand requirements and promote efficient teamwork;
- Proficient in Unity3D engine and the entire special effects production process, able to independently complete the production of models and texture assets;
- Possess solid hand-painting ability, with a preference for those who can independently complete special effects original paintings or design drafts;
- Proficient in cartoon and stylized special effects design, and possess certain personal creation and style expansion capabilities.
