1. Responsible for the operation of overseas third-party payment channels, including business negotiation, KYC, channel access, and handling of transaction anomalies.
2. Familiar with the entry requirements of different overseas channels, able to deliver access results accurately and on time, supporting the smooth progress of business.
3. Collaborate with the business team to successfully complete channel access, comprehensively evaluate channel quality, and ensure the value and stability of accessed channels.
4. Accurately identify the cause of transaction anomalies, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve them properly, ensure the payment experience of merchants and users, and guarantee the security of transaction funds.
1. 3+ years of experience in banking or payment institutions, familiar with the payment market, and able to formulate corresponding channel support plans based on company business planning.
2. Possess business negotiation skills and be able to conduct basic business communication and solution presentations with external partners in English.
3. Clear logic, strong data sense, able to provide effective opinions on channel cooperation based on business operating conditions to meet healthy and sustainable business operations.
4. Understand the foreign exchange market, have a keen vision, and be able to continuously pay close attention to changes in the financial market and negotiate reasonable foreign exchange settlement strategies with channels.
5. Have a certain SQL foundation, proficient in using office software such as Excel, PPT, Xmind.
1. Experience working in overseas banks or other overseas payment service providers is preferred, especially in Europe, America, Japan, and Korea.
2. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
