UX Researcher

We’re hiring a UX Researcher for a fully remote opportunity based out of New Brunswick, New Jersey. This is a 6+ month contract position supporting a leading pharmaceutical client.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the XD design team, business and technology partners, and subject matter experts to support the measurement of objectives and key results (OKRs). You’ll validate design strategies and decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and help evolve design systems through impactful research and analysis.

UX Researcher Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition and implementation of success metrics for the end-to-end onboarding experience of a new theme-able design system used in developing commercial digital products.

• Plan and execute research activities such as user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis (both qualitative and quantitative) to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and identify pain points.

• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive execution to achieve business goals and key results.

• Ensure alignment with both evolving internal design system standards and broader, global design system guidelines.

• Partner with leadership to shape and prioritize the design system strategy and guide its implementation.

• Support pilot programs to test and refine design system workflows.

• Maintain and evolve design system assets to ensure they meet user needs and deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
