In this role, you’ll join the Sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in selling retail and consumer products, with a proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships. This hybrid position requires 2–3 days per week in the office and involves 50% travel.

National Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, programs, and plans for existing and potential customers.

  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts to optimize revenue potential.

  • Deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations to customers.

  • Create and manage annual forecasts, including profit plans and sales action plans. Monitor actual results against plans and adjust strategies as needed.

National Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of national sales and account management experience.

  • Direct selling experience with retail and consumer products required.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
