We are hiring a Game Marketing Lead to amplify our PC and mobile games’ online presence, engage with our community, and create captivating content that leaves a lasting impact.

What We Expect

You will:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote and scale our current and upcoming PC and mobile games, driving game sales, engagement, and revenue growth.

  • Own performance marketing and analytics, tracking key KPIs, optimizing campaigns, and projecting revenue and profit from marketing efforts.

  • Lead community-building initiatives by engaging players across social media, Discord, events, and gaming forums to foster long-term retention and brand loyalty

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, user acquisition, and publishing, to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Manage influencer and PR campaigns, leveraging partnerships with content creators, streamers, and media outlets to maximize game visibility.

  • Optimize store presence and conversion rates on Steam, App Store, and Google Play through ASO, creative testing, and strategic promotions.

You must have:

  • Proven track record of successfully marketing and scaling PC and mobile games, with measurable impact on user growth and revenue.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to project and optimize revenue, profit, and marketing ROI through data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience with community-driven growth, leveraging influencers, social media, and player engagement to maximize organic reach.

  • Deep understanding of gaming market trends, player behavior, and effective go-to-market strategies for PC and mobile games.

You might have:

  • Experience with marketing automation and AI-driven tools to optimize campaign performance and player engagement.

  • Familiarity with international markets and localization strategies to maximize global reach and revenue potential.

  • Chinese speaking skills
