Job Summary

Job Description

Tesla Motors is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician in Tainan/Kaohsiung, Taiwan to work on its electric vehicles. This role involves significant customer interaction, requiring both technical expertise and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing Tesla vehicles, operating power and various workshop tools, conducting workshop equipment checks, performing pre-delivery inspections (PDI), maintaining accurate records, purchasing workshop supplies, supporting promotional activities, and mentoring junior technicians. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in electric vehicle maintenance and repair, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Must have:

Inspect and repair Tesla EVs
Operate power & workshop tools
Conduct PDI & equipment checks
Maintain accurate records
Mentor junior technicians
Strong customer service skills

What You’ll Do

工作內容：• 檢查及維修特斯拉電動汽車• 操作電力及各種車間維修保養工具• 進行工場設備檢查，調整和認證• 進行新車交付前的檢查（PDI）• 記錄及保存工作時間，費用和材料• 購買工場耗材和所需零件• 執行其他被委派的相關職務• 保持車輛和保養廠整潔• 同時有效地組織及處理多項工作，能依時完成項目• 需要指導初級技術人員• 支援汽車推廣等活動及展覽
